Stock liegt und über eine Außentreppe erreichbar ist. Die Wohnung wurde vor ca. 7 Jahren komplett renoviert. Die weiße Einbauküche mit E-Herd und Holz-Herd gehört zur Wohnung und wird mitgemietet. Alle anderen auf den Fotos sichtbaren Möbel und Einrichtungsgegenstände sind Eigentum des derzeitigen Mieters und können nach Absprache mit diesem teilweise übernommen werden.
